Whether you’ve worked in care for years or you’re just starting out, we offer full training, plenty of support, and the chance to make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing

Every day’s a bit different. One morning you might be helping someone ease into the day with a warm wash and a bit of breakfast.

Another, you’re helping write a birthday card, popping to the corner shop together, or sharing a laugh while The Archers hums in the background.

You’ll be there to help people stay safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they love most, their own home.

Typical tasks include:

  • Lending a hand with breakfast, tablets, or getting dressed
  • Nipping out together for errands or a gentle stroll
  • Helping with tidying, laundry, or just chatting over the crossword
  • Assisting with personal care, always with dignity
  • Letting family members know how their loved one’s doing
