The carers are always cheerful and put up with my husband's bad jokes. It's nice that we have mostly the same 4 or 5 carers each week, as he does like his routine. They take the time to talk to him as they are completing his personal care, which is good as otherwise it's mostly just myself that chats to him.
Without their help, life would be more of a struggle for both of us, especially when he isn't well. It is helpful having the same group of carers coming at regular times, but even if a carer is coming who we do not know, we are now confident that they will be competent and friendly, having experienced a few months now of their care and the quality of their carers.
I have found them to be very pleasant and caring people. Never a problem with booking and changing times even at very short notice and I have no hesitation in recommending them in all aspects of how they conduct their services.
Management very obliging if I make any special requests. Care staff on the whole very good and efficient. They put patient dignity and respect first.
I really don't know what we would do with out them, they are always there for Mum, helping her each step of the way with kindness and consideration of her needs, from the carers to the office staff, nothing is to much trouble. Both mum and I really appreciate them all.
